How to set up Growave and Shopney integration?

Step 1: Go to your Shopify dashboard.
Step 2: Open the ''Apps'' tab and select Growave as shown below.

Step 3: Click on your store name on the right top of the window and select “API”- or you can open “https://growave.io/dashboard/#settings/api” URL if you are already logged into your Growave account.

Step 4: Copy your “API Key” and “API Secret”.

Step 5: Go to the 'Integrations' tab on your Shopney dashboard and select Growave.

Step 6: You will see the 'Configuration' area regarding Growave. Paste the previously copied codes into the related areas.

Step 7: Enable the integration by clicking on the switch button located on the same page as shown below.

After completing all these steps, your Shopney app will be integrated with Growave.


What will change on your mobile app with Growave reviews integration?

Once you integrate Growave reviews on the Shopney integrations dashboard, it will be live instantly. There's no need for updates of any kind. The stars will appear on each product's description tab, as displayed below.

By tapping on the star area, the user will be able to see the review details. It is super easy for users to leave a review. You can see how it can be done in the images below:

The reviews and ratings you get on your mobile app are instantly mirrored on your online store and other sales channels. As a result, the mobile app reviews will be compatible with all other sales channels.


Have issues with setting up Growave reviews on the Shopney mobile app?

It doesn't happen too often. However, we'd like to highlight a few rare issues and their fast fixes.

1. I can't see product reviews at all

While integrating Growave reviews into Shopney, you get certain 'codes' from Growave and paste them into the related integration interface on the Shopney dashboard. Make sure you select and paste the correct ones as API Key and API Secret.

2. I can't see some of my product reviews

You can choose to publish or unpublish reviews on Growave. Please double-check that the review you're looking for has been published. Otherwise, the app would not be able to show it.

3. I can't sort my reviews

Growave does not yet have a sorting function, so you can't filter your product reviews.

4. I can't see reviews on my website

Only product reviews can be displayed on the Shopney mobile app.
