Consider adding a custom email address to the review request
You may add a custom email address that customers will see when receiving a request. Add a custom name and email address and verify it. This will let the customers know that they are receiving a message from your company.
Add a compelling subject to the review request
You may change the title of the request at any time and don't be shy to take advantage of that! :)
Think about when to send a review request
Choose the right time to send out a review request. Be mindful that Review Request emails are sent only if the order's status is fulfilled and paid (It is shown and can be set up in your Shopify admin panel). Only then the count starts for as many days as the shop owner has specified.
Mention the reward for leaving a review
