Flexible discounts allow your customers to easily redeem the needed number of points and use them more actively. You can set both custom and percentage discounts.

Custom discount allows you to create a reward with a variable amount and the percentage varies in the percentage.

This is how it looks and works for your customers, they may choose which range of discounts from 5 % to 20 % off are available for them depending on their points balance:

Let's learn how to set up a Flexible discount in detail.

1. First of all, go to the Spending points section of the Points program and click on the "Add ways to spend" button.

2. Then, among available options choose "Custom discount":

3. Add a name to the discount and choose the discount type as a Variable. The value for the custom discount will be the money amount. In the next step you may set up a minimum or maximum value of the discount and set a points price for every percent or cache off:

4. In case you select the Percentage discount as a variable type, then the value will be displayed in the percentage:

That's it! Don't forget to save the changes.
