How to export Loyalty and Rewards data
A quick guide on how to export the Loyalty and Rewards data from the Admin panel

If you would like to export your existing Rewards data, Growave allows you to do it from the Admin panel easily.
Please go to the Rewards Analytics section and click the 'Create report' button:
Then please choose the period (you may also sort the time frame from 7 days, 30 days to 90 days) and select the necessary data:
We provide the following data to export:
Email - Customer email
Customer name - Customer name and surname
Birthday - Customer birthday (DD/MM format)
Earned points - All earned points for the selected period (manual adjustment as well)
Spent points - All spent points for the selected period (manual adjustment as well)
Current balance - Customer's current balance in points
Expired points - The number of expired points for the whole time
Points Expiration date - The date when the points will be expired (this option will be available only if you have the expiration function ON)
VIP Tier - Customer's VIP tier (this option will be available only if you have set up the VIP Tiers)
Referrals - The number of people that the customer engaged
Active rewards - All active (non-used) discount codes (comma separated)
Issued rewards - All active and used discount codes (comma separated).
After choosing the required options please click 'Send'. You will be emailed with a link to download the CSV file including all existing Loyalty&Rewards data that you chose. 😊
P.S. Download link will be active for 7 days due to security reasons and data storage requirements.
