We are thrilled to share with you a brand new feature that may help you to boost campaigns and reward additional points for placing orders. You may decide when the campaign is active and run it in a certain timeline. This may help you run special events more effectively and attract more visitors.

VIP TIER EXCEPTION: If you have set the Tier including the ‘Multiply points’ feature, then only the ‘Boost Campaign’ multiplier will apply. 

REWARD FOR BIRTHDAY: If the Boost Campaign is ongoing, and the Birthday rule is active, customers who place an order on their birthday will receive points based on the Multiplier settings outlined in the Birthday Reward. 

Please keep in mind that only one multiplier will be applied, and the priority order is as follows: Birthday Reward multiplier > Boost Campaign multiplier > VIP Tiers multiplier. So, take this conditions into consideration while setting Boost Campaign.

1) You may go to the Points feature of our app and there you the Boost campaign button:

2) Click on the Boost campaign button, here you can set up the Points Multiplier, dates, and time:

NOTE: The timezone for the Boost Campaign is based on Shopify settings. This feature considers both fields of date and time.

That's it! Don't forget to save changes and everything is ready to go.
