Getting started with Growave
What is Growave
Growave is a suite of marketing apps designed to boost onsite conversions, customer loyalty, and repeat purchases. Over 13,000 merchants have simplified their workload and improved customer experience by replacing existing 3-4 apps with Growave.
To make it easy for you to configure the app, we have created an Onboarding experience:
You can choose the apps you want to use and activate or deactivate them anytime on the app's Settings page.
Unhide customer accounts
First, ensure the customer account creation and login links are visible on your Shopify store. It is crucial to enable customers to access their points and rewards and post reviews. Learn how to unhide customer accounts.
Customize branding colors for emails
Depending on what features you use, we send emails to customers to collect reviews or notify them about earned/redeemed points, saved items in wishlists, etc. You can customize the design to match your brand's look & feel here.
Also, you can edit email templates and language under the Notifications section of each app:
Customize widgets design
You can customize the design of your widgets by changing their colors, placement, and visibility. Simply go to Growave Admin, select Branding, and choose the app you want to customize.
Migrate your existing data
If you're switching to Growave from a different app or platform, no worries! You can effortlessly transfer all of your existing data to Growave. Follow our step-by-step guide to migrate your data, and in case you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us at support@growave.io for assistance.
Configure to send emails from your domain
As mentioned above, Growave sends various email notifications to customers based on their interaction with our app. Stay true to your brand while sending these emails. Learn here how to send emails from your domain.
