I see you are moving to Growave from other Reviews app. 😊

Welcome and thank you for starting your journey with our family! In just a few steps we can assist you in importing your existing reviews into Growave, so you won't lose any.

There are 2 ways to import reviews:

1. Manual import

Manually add your reviews using the form in the Growave dashboard here. Be sure to specify all required details and click on the "Add review" button:

1. Select the product you want to link to the review.
2. Set a date for the review.
3. Give a name for a reviewer.
4. Fill in the email address.
5. Add review title, text, and photo if there are any.

An import function is an indispensable tool for generating reviews on your own. You can add as many reviews as you want, they can be both product reviews and website reviews (skip the product name field to add a site review).

2. Import using CSV file

If you have been using another reviews app for Shopify (Yotpo, Kudobuzz, etc), then you can export reviews in a CSV file from their admin panel. Thereafter go to the Reviews -> Import section in our Admin panel where you can import your reviews using the CSV file. Please make sure that your CSV file has the correct format.

Upon completion of the import, you will receive a system notification from our app to the email specified in the General settings.
