How to create a staff account for Growave?

Here is information about creating a staff account in the Shopify admin panel.

In some cases, in order to fulfill your query, our support team might need access to your Shopify Admin Panel and for that, we need a staff account.

Please, do not worry about your data safety, we request access only for the detailed investigation and you're free to remove it once we're done.

Please, follow these steps in order to create a staff account:

1) Go to the Shopify Admin Panel

2) Open the "Settings" section:

3) In "Settings", please open the "Users and permissions" section:

4) Click on "Add staff":

5) Then, fill in the following boxes:

First name: Growave

Last name: Support

Please kindly provide us the full permission by ticking all of the sections and after that click on "Send invite":
