How to import existing data to Growave

If you were using a Shopify app with a Loyalty & Rewards program, Reviews widget, or Wishlist save buttons, we are happy to inform you that it's possible to transfer your hard-earned data into the Growave app.

IN THIS ARTICLE:

Import points 

You can easily import points by uploading a CSV file in Import section of our admin panel.

Here is a quick guide you can use to import customer points by yourself.

In case you need help, please send us a CSV file with the following fields:

  • email - your customers’ emails [REQUIRED]
  • points - number of points [REQUIRED]
  • customer_id - unique ID from Shopify that identifies a shopper (if none, nothing will be used) [Optional]

Import VIP tiers

You can easily import VIP tiers by uploading a CSV file Import section of our admin panel.

Here is a quick guide you can use to import customers' VIP tiers by yourself.

In case you need help, please send a CSV file with the following fields:

  • customer_email - your customers’ emails [REQUIRED]
  • vip_tier - VIP tier [REQUIRED]
  • customer_id - unique ID from Shopify that identifies a shopper (if none, nothing will be used) [Optional]

Import wishlist

You can easily import Wishlist data by uploading a CSV file in Import section of our admin panel.

Here is a quick guide you can use to import Wishlist data by yourself.

 Selected variant of the product you want. The unique product variant can be found at the end of the product page URL. It consists of only numbers. 💠
Date The date the product was added to the wishlist (format: YYYY-MM-DD, the default value is present date) 💠
