How to import existing data to Growave
If you were using a Shopify app with a Loyalty & Rewards program, Reviews widget, or Wishlist save buttons, we are happy to inform you that it's possible to transfer your hard-earned data into the Growave app.

Import points
You can easily import points by uploading a CSV file in Import section of our admin panel.
Here is a quick guide you can use to import customer points by yourself.
In case you need help, please send us a CSV file with the following fields:
- email - your customers’ emails [REQUIRED]
- points - number of points [REQUIRED]
- customer_id - unique ID from Shopify that identifies a shopper (if none, nothing will be used) [Optional]

Import VIP tiers
You can easily import VIP tiers by uploading a CSV file Import section of our admin panel.
Here is a quick guide you can use to import customers' VIP tiers by yourself.
In case you need help, please send a CSV file with the following fields:
- customer_email - your customers’ emails [REQUIRED]
- vip_tier - VIP tier [REQUIRED]
- customer_id - unique ID from Shopify that identifies a shopper (if none, nothing will be used) [Optional]

Import wishlist
You can easily import Wishlist data by uploading a CSV file in Import section of our admin panel.
