Import points 
You can easily import points by uploading a CSV file here.

Here is a quick guide you can use to import customer points by yourself.

In case you need help, please send us a CSV file with the following fields:

• ‘email’ - your customers’ emails [REQUIRED] 
• ‘points’ - number of points [REQUIRED]
• ‘customer id’ - unique ID from Shopify that identifies a shopper (if none, nothing will be used) [Optional]

Import VIP tiers

You can easily import VIP tiers by uploading a CSV file here.

Here is a quick guide you can use to import customers' VIP tiers by yourself.

In case you need help, please send a CSV file with the following fields:

• ‘email’ - your customers’ emails [REQUIRED]
• 'vip tier'' - VIP tier [REQUIRED]
• ‘customer id’ - unique ID from Shopify that identifies a shopper (if none, nothing will be used) [Optional]

Import reviews

You can easily import reviews by uploading a CSV file here.

Here is a quick guide you can use to import customers' reviews by yourself.

In case you need help, please send a CSV file with the following fields:

• ‘customer_email’ - your customers’ emails [REQUIRED]
• ‘product_id’ or 'product_id'' - your products' IDs or products' handles (at least one column to be filled in) [REQUIRED]
• ‘body' - content of a review [REQUIRED]
• ‘rating'' - numerical rating of a review [REQUIRED]
• ‘customer_name’ - the name of a person who left a review (if none “Anonymous will be used”) [Optional]
• ‘created_at' - the date when a review was left (if none “present” date will be used) [Optional]
• ‘images'' - link(s) to an image(s) associated with a review (maximum: 5 pics per review with 5 links separated by a comma, 10 mb for all pics) [Optional]

Import wishlist

You can easily import Wishlist data by uploading a CSV file here.

Here is a quick guide you can use to import Wishlist data by yourself.

In case you need help, please send a CSV file with the following fields:

• ‘customer_id’ or ‘customer_email’ - your customers’ IDs or emails (at least one column to be filled in) [REQUIRED] 
• ‘product_id’ or 'product_id'' - your products' IDs or products' handles (at least one column to be filled in) [REQUIRED]
• ‘variant’ - a chosen variant of a wished product (if none, the first the first variant_id will be used) [Optional]
• ‘date' - a date when a product was added to a wish list (if none “present” date will be used) [Optional]
